Prenatal Yoga

Saturday 10:15 - 11:15*

The Studio

Windmill Hill City Farm

Phillip St. Bedminster

BS3 4EA

*no class third Saturday each month

Prenatal Yoga at The Farm is the perfect class for you if you’re looking for community, connection, and movement that empowers you and deepens your bond with your bump.

Each session always start with a sharing circle—a relaxed check-in where you can (if you want!) share a little about yourself, how your week’s been, or anything on your mind. It’s a lovely way to create a safe, supportive space and get to know others on the same journey. No pressure—just an open invitation to connect.

Then, we move! The yoga practice is gentle yet empowering, helping you feel good in your changing body. We’ll focus on pelvic stability, strength, breath, feet, releasing tension, easing discomfort, and building confidence for birth. Every movement is designed to remind you of just how capable and strong you are.

Join us for a practice that celebrates what your body can do—while connecting with yourself, your baby, and a supportive community.

Prenatal yoga isn’t about big postures, perfect poses, or pushing yourself to be “strong” in the traditional sense. Empowered Prenatal Yoga is about feeling strong in your own way—tuning into your body, trusting yourself, and knowing that you are capable of so much more than you think.

These classes are designed to help you feel confident, calm, and connected as you prepare for birth. Through supportive movement, breathwork, community, and mindset, you’ll learn to work with your body, rather than against it—whether that’s for labour, birth, or just navigating the day-to-day changes of pregnancy.

We meet in the heart of The Farm, where you’ll find a warm, supportive, and inclusive space to move, breathe, and connect—not just with your bump, but with other parents-to-be. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or already have a practice, this class is here to meet you exactly where you are.
