Alongside two in-person year-long circles, She Moves with the Seasons is now opening as an online year-long container, beginning in March.

This pathway is for those who feel drawn to committing to a year of cyclical practice, but who may not be local - or who want the steadiness of an online rhythm woven into their lives.

We meet once a month, gathering live online to move, reflect, and connect with the current season. Sessions are held in a way that honours different capacities and nervous systems, with recordings available for those who need flexibility.

The online space is intentionally crafted to feel held, relational, and alive - not just something you ‘log into’, but a place to arrive as you are.

What is it?

The Year Long Container is a year-long practice of moving, resting, and living in rhythm - rather than against it.

In a culture that asks us to be consistent, productive, and always progressing, many of us end up disconnected from our bodies, our energy, and our own sense of timing. We push when we’re tired. We override our limits. We assume something is wrong with us when our capacity changes.

This work offers a different story.

Rooted in seasonal wisdom and somatic practice, She Moves with the Seasons invites you to step out of linear expectations and return to the intelligence of the body - where change, fluctuation, and pause are not problems to solve, but signals to listen to.

This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about remembering how to move with life as it actually is.

It offers a steady, spacious rhythm across a full year, allowing time for trust, depth, and relationship - with yourself, the group, and the seasons.
