Join a small circle of women at Windmill Hill City Farm, Bristol each month. We gather to honour the turning seasons through embodied movement, soothing rest, meaningful reflection, and heartfelt connection. These intimate offerings are a nurturing invitation to pause, reflect & reconnect.

These sessions are for you if you can’t commit to a weekly session, but are craving a space which gently holds you throughout the year.

Why Gather This Way?

Life in modern rhythm often pulls us into doing, productivity, and perfection. These seasonal gatherings offer the counterpoint: a return to self, a reclamation of presence through practices like shaking, tapping and somatic movement - where the body knows deeper than the mind.

In combination with movement there is also integration - time to sit with feeling, share thoughts and listen to others

Think of these gatherings as monthly touchstones, gently holding you in the flow of the year.

Over the 12 Months, we’ll…

  • Embrace the wisdom of nature’s autumn phase - where trees shed leaves and we shed what no longer nourishes us. Through somatic practices, ritual, reflective questioning we make space for release.

  • Allow ourselves to sink deeply into rest and inner stillness - like the earth turning inward under winter’s blanket - through Yoga Nidra, restorative movement, journaling, and shared contemplation

  • Cultivate gentle presence and embodied ease through space for gentle yin, meditative reflection, deep relaxation, and warmth - honouring rest as its own form of deep nourishment.

  • Tap into the seasonal energy of rebirth: planting seeds of intention, rediscovering curiosity and flow, emerging from winter’s pause with renewed clarity and vitality

  • Step into embodied expression, shaping intentions, blossoming in movement and connection, and celebrating with the warmth and richness of late spring and early summer.
