It’s not your typical workout. I prefer to think of it as a work-in

It’s a transformative, embodied practice of the body, heart, and mind, and a form of activism through movement.

Each session invites you to shake off what no longer serves, personally and collectively, and to reclaim your body as a powerful tool for change.

Guided by a poetic theme and an epic playlist, we move together through waves of shaking, jumping, resting, dancing, intuitive flow, plus elements of yoga, Pilates, somatics, and bodyweight strength work.

This is a space where movement becomes a statement, where you can sweat, release, and build a resilient body while also grounding into the values and vision for a better world. This is a practice for ALL.

Whether you’re a yogi, a seeker, or simply ready to move with purpose, Shake the Dust is your invitation to take up space, break patterns, and come alive.

Shake the Dust is…

  • A movement practice set to a banging soundscape.

  • A mix of freedom, dance, and containers like shaking, tapping, jumping jacks.

  • A counter-narrative to polished, performative movement.

  • A space to let your body be messy, chaotic, real.

  • A way to build nervous system resilience through practice.

  • Not about looking good. Not about holding it together. About being alive.

This is for you if…

  • You crave a practice that’s raw, messy, alive.

  • You want movement that’s more than “just feeling good.”

  • You’re ready to meet the chaos, the collapse, the injustice - in your body.

  • You want resilience, not perfection.

  • You’re open to shaking, tapping, sweating, dancing, releasing.

  • You know sometimes healing sounds like a full-bodied fuuuuuck!
