Shake the Dust
Step into a dynamic journey of perpetual movement, rest, & release
Shake the Dust is more than a workout (I like to think of it as a work-in). It’s a transformative movement practice for body, heart, and mind.
Step into a dynamic journey of perpetual movement, rest, and release with Shake the Dust.
Guided by an epic playlist and held by an inspiring theme, this cathartic practice invites you to connect with yourself through movement and music.
From energising ‘containers’ like shaking, squats, star jumps, and step-backs to moments of stillness and release, each session is an opportunity to:
- Regulate your nervous system
- Transform emotions and release stress
- Shift anything that feels 'stuck'
Shake the Dust encourages you to witness your emotions, embrace your energy, and rediscover your rhythm. Come as you are and find yourself in the music. 🎶

Shake the Dust is…
A movement practice set to a banging soundscape.
A mix of freedom, dance, and containers like shaking, tapping, jumping jacks.
A counter-narrative to polished, performative movement.
A space to let your body be messy, chaotic, real.
A way to build nervous system resilience through practice.
Not about looking good. Not about holding it together. About being alive.
This is for you if…
You crave a practice that’s raw, messy, alive.
You want movement that’s more than “just feeling good.”
You’re ready to meet the chaos, the collapse, the injustice - in your body.
You want resilience, not perfection.
You’re open to shaking, tapping, sweating, dancing, releasing.
You know sometimes healing sounds like a full-bodied fuuuuuck!
