Rhythm & Release

Rhythm & Release is a 90-minute monthly experience designed to guide you into embodied presence - using movement as medicine.

Blending yoga, intuitive movement, somatic release, and freeform dance, each session is set to a specially curated soundtrack designed to move emotion, shift stress, and reconnect you to your body.

This is your space to regulate, release, and reset - no performance, no pressure, just presence.

Expect a full-body emotional and energetic reboot.

Forget going out - this is a new kind of Friday ritual.

For your body. For your nervous system. For you.

This is for you if…

  • You feel stuck in your head and crave a way back into your body

  • You're longing for movement that’s expressive, not performative

  • You want to release stress and reset your nervous system

  • You love dance, yoga, or somatic practices - or you're curious to explore

  • You’re seeking a soulful alternative to your Friday night routine

  • You want to sweat, shake, soften, and reconnect - all in one space

  • You’re ready to let it all move through and come back to yourself

  • "I've been to yoga classes - on and off - for twenty years and have probably tried some of the best teachers in London and, now in Gloucestershire. But, for reasons I can't quite explain, Sam is definitely the teacher from whom I have got the most: the most joy, the most consistency, the most professionalism, the most motivation, the most calm, the most progression, the most....everything. I looked forward to and loved each one of our sessions together and she finally made my relationship with yoga just what I wanted it to be: kind, calm, nourishing and a complete joy."

    Beth - 1:1 Yoga

  • “I loved these sessions. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in carving out a space each week for themselves and exploring movement in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.”

Monika - Yoga to Support Women’s Health - Oct ‘24

  • "Over the past 6 weeks I have felt like I’ve been introduced to parts of myself that have previously felt unfamiliar. The connection to my body and embracing the ebb and flow of my cycle has been a real joy. The sense of community (even in a small group) feels monumental, and having an open space to share, celebrate and even cry has embedded a real sense of gratitude."

Kimberley - Yoga to Support the Menstrual Cycle

  • “Yoga for Women's Health was something I didn't know how much I needed until I was in it. A wonderful weekly reset and check in.”

Kate - Yoga to Support Women’s Health

  • “I’ve loved each of the yoga sessions I’ve been part of with you. thank you for both guiding me in movement and being an inspiration of what it is to be an empowered, empathic teacher.”

    Emily - Yoga

  • “You are SUCH an amazing teacher, I miss seeing you in person, but these online sessions are a great substitute”

Alison - The Slow Down Dec ‘24

  • “I really enjoyed experiencing Shake the Dust for the first time. I could definitely feel a shift of energy and lots of things came up so thank you”

    Jade - Shake the Dust

  • “I wanted to let you know just how much I enjoyed today's lunchtime Shake the Dust session. Your talk at the beginning, the incredible tunes, the movements - everything felt like it was cleverly tailored to meet the needs I didn't even realise I had today. Thank you!”

    Mary - Shake the Dust
