Yield
Venue
Windmill Hill City Farm & The Orchard Sauna. BRISTOL
Held on the Autumn Equinox - when light and dark rest in perfect harmony
Join us on Sunday 28 September, 09:30–15:00, for Yield, a seasonal retreat for just eight women on a community farm in the centre of Bristol.
Yield goes deeper than a day. Life can feel isolating yet busy; here, you’ll gather with other women, listen to their stories, and find resonance in your own. Research shows that women’s retreats create safe, judgement‑free spaces where vulnerability transforms into strength, connection becomes healing, and you can feel profoundly seen and supported.
Throughout the day, we’ll move together to reconnect with our embodied selves, slow down into a sauna-and‑cool-plunge ritual, and nourish our spirits with a seasonal lunch grown on my allotment.
In our movement practices and reflective circle, we gently explore the art of yielding - trusting the wisdom in letting go, in tuning into cycles rather than chasing constant progress.
Here, stepping away from “more, more, more” and “go, go, go” isn’t just encouraged - it’s a radical act of self‑care. Slowing down becomes permission to resist, reclaim your pace, and remember that rest is powerful and political.
Allow yourself the gift of stillness, the power of shared presence, and the grace of transformation.
Come as you are, and let Yield hold you at this turning point - honouring what’s ready to fall away, what’s ripe for gathering, and the quiet renewal that comes when stories are shared and spirits are witnessed.

Venue
Windmill Hill City Farm. BRISTOL
As the veil thins and the earth draws inward, join us on Sunday Nov 9th, 10:00 - 13:00, for The Return, a seasonal gathering for just eight women on a community farm in the centre of Bristol. As the day’s shorten we too are called to return - to ourselves, to stillness, to what is true beneath the noise. This gathering is a space to honour the descent - not as loss, but as a return.
The Return is an opportunity for women to honour this threshold in the wheel of the year. Through movement, reflection, seasonal food and rest, we explore what it means to release, to soften, and to root down into the fertile quiet of the dark.
Inspired by seasonal and Tantric wisdom, this gathering offers a space to meet yourself in transition - with tenderness, depth, and presence.
This gathering is open to women of all life stages. Although this might be particularly suitable for anyone navigating one of life’s many transitions
