Eight seasonal retreats across the year, held on a community farm in Bristol.
Each retreat is an invitation to slow down, step outside the myth of constant progress, and return to the rhythm of cycles. Rooted in the turning of the seasons, these retreats offer space to reflect, reconnect, and remember what it means to move in tune with nature. Come to one, or let them become the steady pulse points of your year.

Step into the rhythm of the year with these Seasonal Retreats
Nestled in the heart of Bristol, on an inner-city, community farm, each seasonal gathering invites just eight women to move, rest, wriggle - and truly connect.
In the safe embrace of a small group, each woman’s journey becomes visible - and shared stories become a mirror for healing and belonging.
What To Expect
Each seasonal retreat includes somatic movement (yoga that focuses on how it feels, not how it looks), nourishing, seasonal food, circle sharing, journaling prompts, and plenty of restful space - no agenda, no rush, just attunement.
Who These Are For
These seasonal retreats are for women who sense that life isn’t a straight march toward ‘more,’ but a spiral of winding discovery. Whether you’re facing fertility complexities, discovering motherhood, choosing a child-free life, or feeling the stirrings of perimenopause - these intimate gatherings welcome you exactly as you are, in whatever season you find yourself.
By the end of each retreat, you’ll have:
Witnessed and held the richness of other women’s experience - so you don’t feel alone.
Been given permission to resist cultural expectations of hustle and relentless doing.
Reconnected with your body as a source of presence and inner knowing.
Reconnected with the season -as a source of guidance.
Been held in the quiet power of shared stillness, intention and presence.
This is more than a retreat - it’s a tender portal into communal liberation, embodied sisterhood, and nature’s rhythms.

Why eight women?
These seasonal retreats are intentionally kept small to foster a deeper sense of trust, vulnerability, and belonging. Eight voices, eight stories, eight women held in care and witnessed in their fullness.
The threads that run through all my offerings:
Community-centred: Held on a community farm in South Bristol, each retreat aligns with my belief in collective connection, supporting local ecology and shared responsibility. I also love a place that feels real over a glossy studio!
Counter‑cultural pace: Everything I hold challenges the dominant narrative of ‘always do more, be more, achieve more.’ Instead, we embrace cyclical time, replenishment, and presence - marking presence and release rather than linear progress.
Traversing lifecycles: Whether you're exploring fertility, the journey of motherhood (or choosing a different path), or the transition into peri‑menopause, these retreats create sacred space to witness and honour each phase. Our Wheel of the Year becomes a mirror and guide.
