Yoga for Pregnancy

Pregnancy Yoga at The Farm is the perfect class for you if you’re looking for community, connection, and movement that empowers you and deepens your bond with your bump.

Classes are £15 or buy a bundle and save!

What to Expect.

Each session begins with a gentle sharing circle, where you’re invited (if you wish) to share a little about yourself. Whether you're new to the class or have been attending for a while, this is a space to check in - sharing how your week has been, any thoughts on your mind, or simply being present. This time allows us to create a safe, welcoming space and gifts each person the opportunity to get to know others on this journey.

The movement practice will be nourishing and empowering, designed to help you feel strong, capable, and at ease in your changing body. Through flowing postures, gentle strength-building, and mindful breathwork, you’ll cultivate confidence and trust in yourself as you prepare for birth. Each class is tailored to support the unique needs of pregnancy, with modifications and encouragement to move in a way that feels good for you.

Join us for a practice that celebrates what your body can do - while connecting with yourself, your baby, and a supportive community.

Who Can Join?

If you’re new to yoga, you can start from 12 weeks and practice right up until your baby arrives. Already a yogi or exercise regularly? You’re welcome to join earlier—just give us a heads-up!
