Women’s Health
6 Week Series
Workshops and extended offerings are tailored to meet a specific need or theme. These extended offerings gift you more time to explore. All of my offerings invite you to be curious, to get to know yourself better as you move. There are rarely any strict alignment cues as your body is strong and capable. Using somatic movement, music, yoga asana (postures), the breath and a splash of relatable philosophy, my offerings guide you back into wholeness.
Because community is essential to wellness, all of my workshops and extended offerings come with time to settle, grab a cuppa & a sweet treat 💛
Yoga to support Women’s Health
SATURDAY 09:15-10:15
Windmill Hill City Farm, Bristol.
Jan 4 - Feb 8
If your body has been saying no through burn out, insomnia, tension, pain, digestive issues, severe anxiety and or constant illness, she’s trying to communicate to you that something isn’t right. Join this 6 week course to help you release stress and tension, connect back to your body and slowly help you to restore health, balance & harmony.
No handstands, complicated poses or binds. These supportive practices are not focused on what it looks like on the outside, these sessions are working their magic on what's going on inside of you. Through somatic movement, tapping, shaking and some yoga, these classes will support you back to health, encouraging your body to release stress, helping you to rebalance the nervous system.
Each session is 1 hour.
We will spend 45mins moving our bodies, leaving 10-15min to grab a cuppa, share, listen, learn, lie down and/or connect 💛
No experience necessary & you do not have to have a menstrual cycle to join
Yoga to support the Menstrual Cycle
WEDNESDAY 18:00 - 19:00
Windmill Hill City Farm, Bristol.
Nest Series - Jan 8 - Feb 12
Women’s bodies are constantly in-flux, moving through seasons. When we resist this natural ebb and flow - much like the demands of culture often urge us to do - we risk burnout, anxiety, insomnia, digestive issues, menstrual cycle discomfort of irregularity, and or constant illness & overwhelm.
Join this 6 week series to learn how to honour and support your body through its natural cycle - using tools such as, the breath, somatic movement, tapping, shaking and some yoga, you will develop techniques to help support your menstrual cycle at each season.
No handstands, complicated poses or binds. These supportive practices are not focused on what it looks like on the outside, these sessions are working their magic on what's going on inside of you.

Release & Replenish
SUNDAY 10:00 - 12:00
Windmill Hill City Farm, Bristol.
First Sunday of every Month
Next dates - Nov 10, Dec 1
Join this monthly treat to release stress, tension & stagnant energy, leaving you rejuvenated and rested for the month ahead.
Here’s what happens in these monthly workshops…
…we begin close to the ground, settling awareness on the body and the breath. The practice will then move into a curious and embodied warm-up (with a focus on how things feel not how they look) and will then build in intensity as we begin to move rhythmically - tapping our heels, jumping and squatting - moving in and out of containers and free movement. After raising our heartbeat and meeting the fire in our bellies, we’ll start our return to the earth. In the final part of the practice we move from yang to yin. I will guide you into restorative shapes where your body will be supported by cushions, blocks and bolsters, encouraging the body to release tension and stress.
Because community & connection is important to me (and to our wellbeing), there will be time at the end of the practice to share a sweet treat and/or grab yourself a cup of tea or coffee before you move out of the studio and back into the outside world.

RELEASE & REPLENISH
What to expect
In the first half
Move your body to some tunes🙌
Moving between perpetual movement, rest & release. Release stagnation, sluggishness, stress and tension out of the system. When we move, everything moves. You will meet your resistance. But, you will also meet the release.
In between music tracks we take moments of active recovery. Connecting to the sensations we’ve created. Assessing and Absorbing. We take a couple of those layers that prevent us from moving forward.
In the second half
Marinate in stillness, whilst the body does its thing ✨
Longer held, supported shapes (yin yoga postures), slow breathing exercises and meditation/yoga Nidra! By resting, we reprogram the neurological pathways in the brain and give ourselves permission to stay in the body. We feel the sensations and meet ourselves as we are in relationship to the world around us.
It’s a yummy combination, and so delicious for your body to experience this each month !
